There is an ever growing number of published research articles by neuroscientists and researchers to scientifically prove the emotional and physical benefits of practicing mindfulness.

 Taster sessions

These sessions can be between one hour and a full day and will introduce you to mindfulness.  Number of attendees is flexible and I have run taster sessions for between 5 and 70 people. My taster sessions are informal and experiential, so that attendees can practice a range of different mindfulness techniques.  The content of the course can be tailored to suit the audience.

Bespoke Mindfulness Course

Eight session mindfulness courses usually run over eight weeks although this can be flexible to suit the needs of your company.  The group usually meets once a week for 2 hours, although again this can be tailored to meet business needs.  In addition to teaching to the general population of employees, I also teach to specific groups such as parents who have returned to work from maternity leave and to leadership teams.

The course includes:

  • Follow-up sessions that help to support ongoing mindfulness practice
  • Ongoing Weekly Mindful Reminders

Mindfulness for the General Public

I offer mindfulness courses to members of the public, teaching groups and also individuals.  The eight-session course is usually taught over eight weeks, but can be flexible to suit people’s needs. We will usually meet once a week for up to 1.5 hours and the sessions are informal and experiential with a focus on practicing different mindfulness techniques.

Psychotherapy and Vocational Rehabilitation


I offer individual therapy sessions for people who are experiencing emotional difficulties such as anxiety, depression, stress and phobias.  I receive referrals from organizations for their employees at work, from GP’s and also private self-referrals.

Vocational Rehabilitation

I work closely with organizations to help support their employees to return to work following sickness absence.  I help them to implement effective health and wellbeing initiatives with a strong influence to help reduce and prevent sickness absence.

I am an Associate Mindfulness Teacher at Mindfulness cic and I also supervise students who are working towards becoming qualified mindfulness teachers.  The Mindfulness course that I teach is CPD accredited and it’s also based around the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Course.

I am based in the West Midlands and offer services throughout the Midlands and London.
